Due to the limited, hand assembled nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@laylicstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We will review the issue and make it right where applicable.

Handmade & Vintage Characteristics

Each piece is assembled by hand and produced in small quantities.

Subtle variations in finish, materials, and construction are natural and part of the design. These variations are not considered defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Laylic Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.
