Because our pieces are assembled by hand in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

During launches or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Laylic Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Laylic Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen thereafter. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to reroute or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
